How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
What is your return policy on coffee beans?
To ensure maximum freshness and food safety, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, the Dutch Bros Shop ships to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How should I store my Dutch Bros coffee at home?
For the best flavor, store your coffee beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture can compromise the bean quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I use my Dutch Bros gift card on the online shop?
Currently, Dutch Bros gift cards and the Dutch Bros app credit are only valid for purchases at our physical beverage locations and cannot be used for online merchandise or coffee bean orders.
