At Dutch Bros Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as your morning brew, so we offer a 30-day return window for most unused merchandise. Please note that for safety and health reasons, all coffee beans, pods, and food items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
